Dr. Valencia Agnew is the founder of Agnew Advantage Consulting and a seasoned private practice owner, leader, and consultant with a passion for helping others grow sustainably, both professionally and personally. 

As the owner of a successful multi-location mental health practice, Dr. Agnew understands firsthand the realities of leadership, growth, team development, burnout prevention, strategic decision-making, and the emotional weight that often comes with building and sustaining a business.

Paige Agnew serves as the Lead Enneagram Coach at Agnew Advantage Consulting, where she helps individuals, professionals, leaders, and teams grow in self-awareness, communication, and personal insight through Enneagram coaching. 

As an accredited Enneagram coach, Paige is passionate about helping people better understand themselves and the patterns that shape how they think, respond, communicate, and show up in relationships and leadership. 

Her coaching creates space for clients to slow down, reflect honestly, and develop greater intentionality in both their personal and professional lives. 

Paige believes that self-awareness is one of the most valuable tools for growth.
